Take a look at the Ora (which apparently means "region" in Latin) addin for Visual Studio 2008. It present a simplified "class view" for the current open document. I have been looking for a Visual Studio addin that does exactly this ever since switching to .NET from Java IDEs like JBuilder and Eclipse.
